petaloshea 2 Posted December 16, 2014 Some thorough detail of what you are eating will be most helpful.
EvieLamp 11 Posted December 16, 2014 20 pounds since surgery? That's awesome! Did your doctor or NUT give you information of your progression of foods? Clear Liquids, full liquids, puree, mushies, solids? Can you give us an example of what a typical day of food is like for you. Have you had your 1 month follow up? If not you can bring up your concerns then too.
sweetie716 270 Posted December 16, 2014 (edited) 20 pounds is great! People lose at different rates, so Celebrate that you're that much closer to goal. I don't really have much advice on the food yet, but don't get yourself down over the number. Edited December 16, 2014 by sweetie716

4everbeautiful 61 Posted December 16, 2014 Hello, It is awesome (at this stage) that you lost 20lbs.!! You stated that you will make a f/u appt. with your surgeon. That's great so he/she can see your healing progress. However, you do want to meet with a nutritionist to get great advise, as to what your daily eating habits are...and should be. That appt. (NUT) will give you better understanding, as to what is head hunger and real stomach hunger. Good luck!
