Woke up at 4am, showered, fixed kids school lunches and fixing to head to the hospital within the next 30 minutes! I thought I'd be a lot more nervous than I am, but I'm fine lol (I'm sure it'll hit once I get to the hospital) . Anyhow, Good luck to everyone who's getting sleeved today. Will try and update whenever I get the chance :)

Thanks everyone! Surgery was done and I was back to my room by lunchtime. I had very minimal abdominal or gas pain. Was discharged and home by 8pm last night. Once I got home my belly got really sore and I started having some gas pains. Nothing I can't handle though :)

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
