SeptemberSlimmer1960 53 Posted December 14, 2014 Sleeve Buddy: I'm having my sleeve on Wednesday 12/17! Super excited but a bit nervous also. I would love to partner up with someone who is having the same procedure before, on, or after the 17th. It would be even better if I could find someone in my area. St. Louis, Missouri! Thanks! SeptemberSlimmer1960 53 Posted December 16, 2014 Today kinda sucked! I'm hungry, dreaming about food, having sensory hallucinations (smelling food that isn't there, lol), nausea, wet heaves, headache and weakness aaarrrggghhhhhh! So ready to cross over to the other side and be post-op, phew! Rant/whine over!

CoMoMama 5 Posted December 16, 2014 Any idea if Soups are okay on the preop diet? I've been researching, but there seems to be a lot of conflicting information.
SeptemberSlimmer1960 53 Posted December 16, 2014 My doctor and nutritionist recommended broths without chunks or pieces of meat or veggies. chicken broth by Swanson is by far the best tasting and knocks that hunger back down to a manageable level. That veggie broth is okay also.
