@@Catrinaburch2015 you are so right it is a mind game and you have to constantly remind yourself why u made the commitment to change your lifestyle I'm approaching my 3rd week since surgery I'm on pureed food still no vegetables yet sugar free Popsicles sugar free Jello and broth just keep your faith and take it one day at a time wish everyone continued success and happiness ????
