athena3127 199 Posted December 13, 2014 As most of is know food is "social" it's emotional, it's a plethora of things . I wanted to give a suggestion to anyone who is recently post op or the newbies just starting your journey. As I am now 6wks post op and learning to eat all over again I wanted to share a tool that works for me and well I simply think they are Awesome! And simply amazing and should be marketed as bariatric sleeve training tools. My sister previously gave me the fork and spoons to help with my small bites. Today when I came home my Mom said I have something to help you on your journey! All said with a loving smile. And here is what she gave me. How awesome! Tiny plates tiny bowels forks and spoons. This not only help me keep my portions in check but can make this a bit fun! love this and just had to share
