Achy arms!.

Three days out. My only reaL pain is sore arms. They feel like I have worked out for hours very achy. Anyone else experiencing this?

Is it itchy where you had the blood pressure cuff on? Is it your actual arm or shoulder pain? Air can get trapped In Your shoulder after surgery...even days Later....

I had the same issue. Mine was because I was using my arms to move my body so much more and lifting my body weight. Rather than using my stomach muscles because they hurt so much for a couple of days. But it cleared a couple days later.

yes! My arms ached more than my stomach ever hurt.. but as previously stated, it was because I was using my arms to pull myself up and easy myself down, to keep from using my core muscles after surgery. It did go away as the healing continued
