Travel and stress

I'm finding myself stressing out because I don't have access to a scale when I travel.

I'm also finding it hard to have to go to walgreens or cvs in every town I visit to get enough shakes to have until I fly again. (Can't carry them with you) :-(

And without being able to cook it makes not eating out difficult.

Any travel suggestions?

Protein Powder in labeled zip locks. Once you are on solids tuna and salmon in foil packs. I travel every week and have found that it is worth the effort to pack these always!

Protip: Yes, you can take shakes with you in your carry-on luggage through TSA. All you have to do is identify it as food. TSA will make you open the shake bottles so they can inspect the contents and you'll then have to screw the tops back on tightly. But that's no biggie.

Or make it easier on yourself -- just pack all your shakes in a suitcase that you check. There are no liquids restrictions on checked luggage.
