My suggestion is taste several varieties and not just the popular brands before you commit and buy a large quantity of anything. Some can be bought online at places like Amazon, vitacost or Bariatrics Choice, some can be bought at drug stores like CVS/Duane Reed/Rite Aid, some can be bought at stores like GNC or Vitamin Shoppe. I even picked up a few at Whole Foods. Others can be purchased directly from the manufacturer. Talk to your nutritionist for guidelines as to Protein and sugar levels per serving. Then go out and buy single serving packs or samples. I personally think it's good to have several varieties; liquid Protein, premade shakes, shots, and powders.
