Andrew0929 1,101 Posted December 10, 2014 As of today, it's been one year since having my life-changing surgery. I went to my surgeons office yesterday and they were elated, as my success equals their success. He asked if I was still logging my food and when I said yes, he mentioned that statistics indicated that 80% of the people achieving high levels of success with the sleeve long-term still log their food and exercise regularly. I'm planning to continue both and hope for long-term success in maintenance.
