I'm 25 in the Kentwood/ Grand Rapids Michigan. I'm am only 6 days post op I had thr gastric sleeve, but I am very edger to get my workout regiment in place and organized. I would really like to focus Water aerobics, cardio, and strength training. I would like to work out at the least 5 days a week. I am also very willing join a fitness center with a pool. I have no preference for a workout buddies male, female, or both. I am also open to a group of buddies. Just looking for a people who is motivated and have serious fitness goals they want to reach.
