geelynn 72 Posted December 10, 2014 I was sleeved on 8/13 and have lost 64 lbs. to date. I was feeling pretty good up until about 4 weeks ago where I just stalled out AND I started loosing hair--big ole clumps of hair. Not only was I frustrated that my weight wasn't moving, I was frustrated that hair was starting to go just when I thought I had avoided that side effect! I thought I was working the plan . . . journaled my food intake, exercising 4x weekly, Water, Protein etc. Then, I decided to log on and research Hair loss and weight stalls since I don't have a support group option near me. Many people said hydrate, up your calories, get your protein in. So I have been consciously doing that for the past few days and FINALLY the stall has broken So thank you my little online support group. I track my intake on the Lose It app on my phone (love it) but a lot of people like My Fitness Pal as well. I drink 2 Protein shakes a day--one mid morning and one about 1/2 hour before bed.
