michom88 73 Posted September 28, 2016 I removed my gallbladder along with the sleeve. My surgeon told me that the op. took around 2h and i started to wake up after 3h. However, I still felt a little bit drugged. It took me around 6 hours after the op. to like officially wake up and see who was around.
PorkChopExpress 821 Posted October 9, 2016 Mine took longer because I went in for RNY but they converted me to the sleeve, due to some complications from a prior surgery and scar tissue. I think my total time was in the neighborhood of 1 1/2 hours.

healthybarb 13 Posted November 18, 2016 Awesome results! You should be proud of your achievement! How long did your surgery take? @@boosh10 hubby told me it was about one hour (don't know cuz i was asleep at the time ) @@Aranks mentioned her gall bladder was taken out too - causing more surgery time many people also have a hernia removed if you are having anything like above removed also, it will take longer good luck kathy
