J I know this in my head I really, really do. But it is so damn hard for me to just eat more because I am doing more. Because then I feel like it is a waste of exercise. That's why I had no cake, no potato salad, no cheesy potatoes yesterday. Because even though I know I need to eat when I exercise I don't want my exercise to count for nothing. I am stuck no in this vicious fucking cycle and it sucks.

Have you looked at bodybug or someother way to track your calories burned?

I just know that I'll eat uncontrolled if I don't put more in my mouth controlled...Like I'll wake up in the night and raid the refrigerator...I joke I'll eat my pillow. I just MUST eat.

However, if I eat a little more before and after and later in the day I'm fine.

Google, you google master, about training and carb loading or crashing if you don't eat enough. Maybe having the facts in front of you will make it easier.

And the exercise isn't just for nothing. You are doing more than burning calories. You are building endurnace and strength. You are manufacturing new cell growth, etc.

Also, you felt like shit last night and you know why.

Okay stepping down from the lecture stand.

I just notice that you have less than 50 pounds to go. WOO HOO

Juli I know all that it is just really hard to tell my head that that is the way it works. My head just keeps thinking eat less workout more while my brain is telling me I need to eat more if I am working out. If that makes any sense at all lol. I just have this internal struggle going on right now and it sucks. I don't know why all of a sudden it is kicking in so much, but I am assuming it is because I am getting so close to 199. I just hope my mind chills out once I reach that point.

I do want a bodybugg pretty badly but I can't justify the cost. All my spare money is going into the bike fund right now. If I could just win the damn lotto.

Howdy all. I am sure you are all in bed, except maybe JC, being that it is 9 pm here. But I wanted to say hello and let you know I am going to the doctor tomorrow. I am thinking I will ask for a small fill maybe a 1 cc fill. Then I will be at 6cc's. I don't know what to do. I am restricted at times and get stuck on everything and then at other times I am not restricted at all. It is strange and confusing and all that. J, the shirt is a boob fest.

Oh, and guess what? I bought my first pair EVER of thong panties. I think they look ridiculous but love the way they feel with jeans on. LOL....I know BG wears them, I am getting a lot of loose skin in the stomach area and hate the way it looks. I am having a hell of a time getting any exercise in, I did do the jogging program today and I love the way it makes me feel, AFTER THE FACT.....really hate it while I am doing it though!!!

I hate the drama of eigth grade. HATE IT!!!

Hi all

You can keep the thongs. I have a few but I can't seem to get comfortable with them. It's not the ass part but the lack of coverage over giant belly part.

I've actually taken to wearing little box/boy cut panties which I love.

BG, you've inspired me to try running 20 pounds early. I'm going to buy running shoes next week. I need something to get me moving in the right direction again. I seem to be standing still.

But my restriciton is like D's. Some days I can eat the contents of the refrigerator other days I struggle on oatmeal. Ugh.

Oh, so my blood work says my DHL cholestoral is low as is my B-12. Apparently I'm not eating enough red meat. My Protein is always high, but now I need change things up. Any thoughts?

BG, you just don't know how close you were with the Amish comment!

J, I am sure you know this but I am going to mention it, you can amp up your protien values without the fats by visiting the legume family. The other thing is the Beans make a smoother paste than a meat shake.< /p>

Thought I would share this website with everyone.

J, boy boxer shorts. Do you put stomach inside or leave it out. I know that sounds like an awful question, but that is the problem with the thong. Just because the back has no fabric doesn't mean they cant put some on the FRONT!!

Saw my PCP & officially started my 6 month supervised diet 07/26/24. She just told me to eat less carbs & sugar, use the air fryer and not fry my foods in grease, and to try to walk 30 minutes 3 days a week & if I can't do that (and I cannot), to walk 10 minutes daily. Told me to walk fast enough that my heart rate is raised.  She didn't give me a number as far as calories though. A year or so ago I was doing low carb/sugar free and keeping my calories at 1800 or below. She said I should up my cals to 2000 at that time, so that's what I'm shooting for now.
Hubby walked with me today. He's in pretty bad shape so I was surprised he wanted to. We walked down the gravel road at a pretty good pace (for us LOL). 10 minutes walking and my heart rate was 115bps according to my Fitbit and 125bps according to his pulsometer. Either way, it was elevated and I was breathing hard. Doesn't sound like a lot, but it's a start. We'll do it again tomorrow. 😁
I should be hearing from the surgeon soon. She said if I didn't, to call him next week. Since I HAVE to do the 6 month diet & that's going to put me into January by the time it's done, I'm hoping the surgeon will let me do all my testing in January. I don't want to do it all now and have my deductible get met, only to have to pay the deductible again in January or February for my surgery. Praying that things go the way I hope. 🙏

Factors Affecting the Growth of the Alternative Sweeteners Industry:
Health Consciousness: The increasing awareness among individuals about the health issues linked to high sugar consumption, such as obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases, is supporting the market growth. Consumers are becoming more health-conscious and seeking products that can provide sweetness without the negative health effects associated with sugar. This shift in consumer preferences is leading to a greater demand for low-calorie and natural sweeteners like stevia, monk fruit, and erythritol. These sweeteners offer the added benefit of having minimal impact on blood glucose levels, making them suitable for diabetic and health-conscious individuals.
Technological Advancements: Innovations in the production and formulation of alternative sweeteners are impelling the market growth. Advancements in biotechnology and food science are leading to the development of high-intensity sweeteners with improved taste profiles and functional properties. Innovations in fermentation processes enhance the production efficiency and quality of natural sweeteners like stevia and monk fruit. These technological improvements are making alternative sweeteners more appealing to both manufacturers and consumers. Enhanced stability, solubility, and sweetness intensity allow these sweeteners to be used in a wide range of products, ranging from beverages to baked goods.
