J...how did your fill go?>?? Mine was quick and painless.....mine usually takes about a week for me to notice any change....which is good. I am right on schedule with my weight loss, and my home scale agreed with the doct scale, even in the afternoon...YIPPPY!

My fill takes effect right away I must say. After a week is when I notice it loosening up.

Today my class is going to Orthopedics to practice putting on casts....how fun!!!!!

I went to gym after class yesterday and rode the recumbent bike 8 1/2 miles....and then last night roller bladed for 2 and 1/2 hours.....Never stopping except to get drinks of water......I am in a little pain this morning...

My fill went fine. I had my surgeon's partner do it and he got me pretty quickly under fluoro but commented on how it's challeneging.

Anyway, I'm tight. I got down some applesauce, like half 1/4 of a cup. It's been a long times since that little amount of food made any kind of difference.

We'll see what happens.
