Can't stomach broth

Yes, the goal is to finish at least 64oz of any liquid. It doesn't have to be broth.

I had egg drop Soup.. it is clear liquid and Protein.

Can't stomach broth. At all. Is it that important to have it in the 1st week? Isn't it more about staying hydrated? Im sipping on Isopure and Water all day.

Nope, not at all. Get your water and Protein in. If you don't like the broth, don't drink it.
