I've never had regular bowel movements but since I had the surgery, its slim to none. I haven't used it since Thanksgiving. I think on that day I ate too fast and was actually dumping then.

I am using Smooth Move tea. I try to plan as it takes 12 - 15 hours to work and when it works, it really works!
