2nd day post op swollen stomach

So today is my second day post op and I havnt been able to drink enough Water. And now my stomach is so swollen. Have no fever and my blood pressure is normal and no pain. So why does it feel like Im about to explode? Please if someone recognizes this, help!

walk, walk, walk. It's probably gas. For the first week post op, I had quite a swollen tummy. I let out so much gas when i would walk. Make sure you get at least 20-30 minutes of walking in during the day. I did it in 10 minute intervals every hour or so. Good Luck

You did just have an abdomen full of air and a stomach stapled to hell, pardon my language lol give yourself time to heal, that's all it is.

It will get better. Walk walk walk. Sup Water. Popsicles. Decaf tea. Anything to get fluids in.
