Hello! I have been banded for 4 weeks (lost 30lbs :D ) and will be moving into the pureed food stage. I will need to be in this stage for 4 weeks, so I am looking for ideas. Any tips, ideas or recipes would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much!

That's great! My dietician gave me like a menu. Mainly has yogurt and cottage cheese applesauce things like that n but I was also told I could chop up things like in a blender and eat it that way like softer foods

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
