yolicious1 64 Posted December 5, 2014 My high weight was 274. Surgery weight, 4/15/14, 254. Today, 12/4/14, 203 (-71 lbs). I'm glad about this but how are you all losing so quickly? I'm so close I can taste ONEDERLAND, and I'm oh so desperate to see it. It's been 8 months on 12/15. Any pointers?
SuperDave 1,115 Posted December 5, 2014 You didn't give much info about your current eating and exercise routine, but I would suggest going back to basics. More Protein, fewer carbs, and kick up the exercise a little. Even an extra 10 minutes a day will add up. And of course remember that everyone is different. Some lose weight faster than others. The fact that you are down 71 pounds in less than 8 months is fantastic! Just keep it up!
yolicious1 64 Posted December 5, 2014 Thanks. I'm still doing the 80gms of Protein per day. I need Water constantly. I think some days I don't eat enough. It seems when I do the scale goes down. I'm eating one to two meals per day and shakes. I've always eaten like that.
