I have to say.. this site has been a heaven send and has helped me during the times when I felt like no one else knew how I was feeling !! Hows the recovery so far gals ? any hints tips for the liquid phase ? my NUT and practise manager are both quite strict on the things we can and cannot do, but I am also finding that a lot of great products are hard to come by "down unda" I would love to be able to sip on a Protein ice!! the closest thing I have found to this is the Isopure, which isnt too bad at all, but the flavours of the Protein ice sound spectacular ! JenWith 96 Posted December 10, 2014 Hello there! Nov05 here for me. Tomorrow will be 5 weeks post op for me and 19 pounds down. Working on soft foods until mid-January.
