What is everyone's thoughts on what is more important, eating less fat or getting your Protein in? My surgeon never gave me a per day fat target. Just a protein target. So today I'm doing good in protein but my fat is high.

I think it's better to focus on Protein but aim for lean choices. tuna, chicken, Roast beef, eggs, low fat cottage cheese.

Fat is not evil. But, Protein intake is critical!!! Your body needs some fat. I'd be more worried about carbohydrates (sugars, etc.) than my fat intake.
