briefs199 337 Posted December 3, 2014 What is everyone's thoughts on what is more important, eating less fat or getting your Protein in? My surgeon never gave me a per day fat target. labwalker 1,177 Posted December 3, 2014 Fat is not evil. But, Protein intake is critical!!! Your body needs some fat. I'd be more worried about carbohydrates (sugars, etc.) than my fat intake. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
