Just scheduled my surgery today. Maybe I'll be excited tomorrow. Right now it's all anxiety!

Hang in there. I don't remember being terribly nervous but I place a lot of trust in the medical technology we have available today.

I hope your surgery goes well and you have an easy recovery.

Walk, walk, walk after surgery. When they allow you to sip, do so as much as you possibly can. After surgery, you can't drink very much Water at a time so it's difficult to get in the amount you need without CONSTANTLY sipping Water or other non-sugar, non-caffeinated liquids.

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.
