shorty54 33 Posted December 3, 2014 Just thought I would ask if anyone else has a weird pattern going. I stall for a week or week and a half, then loose steady for about the same time. I don't often have to force myself to eat. food still always sounds good to me, I just can't eat as much of it as I would like. I have to work hard on eating slowly so I don't get sick. RenewMe 64 Posted December 3, 2014 I hit a stall about every 3 weeks then lose the following 2 weeks. This week I have had a hard time getting my Protein in & am not interested in food, which hasn't been an issue up to this point. Protein Drinks help me make up the difference.
