jessiquoi 623 Posted December 2, 2014 Today I started, as my NUT calls it, "smashed/mashed", basically purees. It was awesome to eat instead of drinking! For Breakfast I had one egg scrambled with a little grated parmesan. For lunch I had refried Beans with salsa and yogurt. I was sleeved 11/18. HW 285 SW 266 CW 256 I had no complications and my recuperation has been much easier than I expected. I'm working from home until I am one month out. I still like to take a nap in the afternoon, but I'm walking better and further every day.

Mojo56 88 Posted December 2, 2014 I'm also 2 weeks post op. Have lost 40 lbs in the month of November but my energy level is still low. I work a cpl of hours, run an errand and feel wiped out. But all is well with diet progression.....
amandamel9z 2 Posted December 7, 2014 (edited) I just got sleeved on 12/02... Have any of you heard not to cross your legs after surgery? What type of things did you eat? I get bored of repetitive things Edited December 7, 2014 by amandamel9z

Buttercupbrown 70 Posted December 7, 2014 Not to cross your legs??? Why? I try it everyday just to see how far I've gotten...feels Good! I don't hold it for long.
amandamel9z 2 Posted December 7, 2014 @buttercupbrown... that's what someone has mentioned, said something about blood clots forming. Had me scared I typically cross at the ankle when I'm on the recliner or watching television in bed
