@@mduffield I take the multi complete and a separate Calcium chew. That's all my surgeon recommended. The price I was sharing is just for the multi. I am also taking a different brand of a sublingual Biotin

That so funny...guess i should have looked a bit harder. I just posted pretty much the same thing. Wonderful answers were received. My surgeon's office does what they call bariatric bootcamp where you receive what they call the bariatric bible going over everything. Rumor has it, it's a pretty thick book. Looking forward to getting that.

My doctor gives out a small packet at the seminar, then at the first appointment with the surgeon you receive a handbook. It's a loose leaf note book about 2 inches thick.
