I have no problem with nuts or seeds.....unfortunately LOL Just wait till your team recommends you try them. And even if it doesn't go well the first time, wait a month or so and try again! Good luck!!

I'm a little over 3 months out, and I tolerate well chewed almonds very well. I am waiting on seeds, though...I just picture them getting lodged somewhere in my sleeve....***shudder***

Thanks!! This is all good to know. I eat sunflower seeds when I'm driving long distance or just in the car for a long time. They help keep me awake.

seeds and nuts have been great for me. sunflower seeds are a nice slow snack in the mid morning for me at work. I think I should watch the sodium though....

I opted for low sodium and they are still 940 mg per 1/4 cup!! I guess you could get them unshelled but that's the fun of sunflower seeds for me ????

It took about 6 months before I could eat "anything", rice being the last hold out, but seeds, nuts, fruit skins, whatever, it's all good now as long as I don't over eat.

I'm not really a popcorn lover (unless it's puff n' corn.) so that shouldn't be an issue. I can't stand the hills in my teeth and throat.
