I'm without a paddle! HELP

The next fill will help. I can't eat more than 1-2 oz of Protein at a time. Typically if you can eat up to 4oz you need a fill. You may be someone who needs to decrease her calorie consumption down to 800-1k to lose consistently. You can do that with another fill. Good luck.

No one mentioned this, but according to the lap-band book I got..

It says... once you've graduated to solids, you're not suppose to be eating mushies or having liquids with calories.. it said those are wasted calories, because they will slide through too quickly.

Instead of pudding and smoothies, try eating something solid that fills you up and makes it so you don't have to snack so much ;)

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
