Kaiser Southern California who's your PCP?

Hello there, I just purchased a kaiser plan and need to choose a PCP, I think I want to go to the Rancho Cucamonga facility, but am willing to go to Fontana or Ontario, any suggestions on a great PCP who will refer to bariatrics? I'm thinking about VSG

Thank you for the info, how was the process for you and how did you,bring it up to the doc?

Still looking for a PCP, any suggestions in the Rancho Cucamonga area? Also need a little advice on how to bring it up to the doc on the first visit.... Thank you in advance
