jmg1263 17 Posted December 1, 2014 Today is my surgery and though I dont know what the next year brings for me, I do know that we all have to manage head hunger vs real hunger. I am hoping I can tell the difference. Everyone tells me that if I want to eat AND I have eaten my required meals, to go for a walk instead and this helps? I hope you will be ok. jmg1263 17 Posted December 2, 2014 surgery went much better than I expected. I never got sick. Some pain from the incisions but with meds, very tolerable. I expected to feel different internally but I feel exactly the same. I am pleased so far. Today walked 20 laps at about 5000 steps. Drank 100 oz doing about 10 ounces every hour. I like the broth also. I am well on my way.
