PuraVida37 715 Posted November 30, 2014 I've screwed up and since Halloween I've reintroduced sugar into my eating. And now I'm eating everything. I've gained about 10 lbs. Thanksgiving and seeing family made reverting to old habits too easy and I ate many, many things I shouldn't have. But I'm not going to beat myself up about it. I will just get back on track. I did do something recently that I'm proud about--I ran a 5K Turkey Trot and got 6 of my family members to do it too! But then I gave myself permission to eat like a crazy lady and that's gonna stop right now. It's gonna be a rough week detoxing from sugar again. I've done it before, i'm gonna do it again!!!!!!!!! Send me some positive vibes.

labwalker 1,177 Posted November 30, 2014 Don't feel bad! It is a hard time of year for most of us. I've noticed that I have also put on a few pounds! Too cold to hit the gym everyday, and too much tempting holiday treats and bigger meals than I like to see. Just keep positive and get back on track. But, don't feel like you're the only one! You can get rid of those pounds as fast as you put them on.
#MagicWithinme 173 Posted December 1, 2014 We are allowed to enjoy the sweets as well, just limited. My Dr. told me its ok to cheat sometime you have to, he said fall into your indulgences, then get back on track. easy as that, without over thinking.
JustWatchMe 7,117 Posted December 26, 2014 I'm hovering up and down by three pounds over the last few months. Too much rich food too often and wine. Love that wine. I need to exercise !!!
