Well, I'm kinda weird and like the anti-motivational quotes. My favorite: "The beatings will continue until moral imporves." and I like the drill sargent's quote from the movie "Aliens" - "Every day's a vacation, every meal's a banquet" (Lay that one on a coworker 1st thing in the morning and watch their face! )
