newjules 1 Posted December 12, 2014 Hi! Im from Ontario Toronto to be more specific. I had my surgery on December 2nd and had to be on Optifast for 3 weeks... And the supplier only had vanilla flavoured shakes, so it was a nightmare. It was truly rough for me, I don't like milky drinks and the consistency of the shakes would make me gag and tear up every time. I was supposed to take 4 per day but sometimes only managed 3 because I hated the taste so much...but time went by and taking one day at a time helps. Just keep reminding yourself that you want your surgery to be easy and successful and that will keep you motivated. By the end of the 3 weeks I was chugging those bad boys down without thinking about it and lost 10lbs you can do it!!! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
