nprcowboy 533 Posted February 13, 2015 Funny, that what they keep telling me to drink and the full sugar one to help with hydration and calories as I can't tolerate the Protein Shakes anymore
ccausley 14 Posted February 13, 2015 Al, I have not been able to hold down Protein Shakes since my surgery on Dec 29th, I drink mostly Power-aide it has B-3 B-6 & B12. I also drink an occasional Propel or if I drink Water it has to have flavoring also, regular water just doesn't go down well. My Dr & Nut said it was more important that I stay hydrated than anything...You are still in my prayers.

It's been almost 3.5 months since surgery, I just want this fixed and be able to eat. I can't live on liquids my whole life nor do I want to. I'm sorry you are having a rough go too
