Jolisue 112 Posted November 27, 2014 I'm so thrilled! Today I was able to work out for a full hour! I walked on my treadmill at 4.0, and did two easy miles in 34 minutes. I lifted light weights after the fast walk! After that I got on my bike and took my dog on a run! Losing 45 pounds has a made a huge difference in my energy and ability to exercise. coastalchick 61 Posted November 28, 2014 Thanks for the inspiration!!! You and I are pretty comparable height and begining weight wise. My surgery will be Dec. 18th, and the main thing I'm looking forward to is having more energy, and not feeling overwhelmed physically when exercising. I used to run daily, and lift a few times a week, and can't wait to get back to it.
