Jennifer Rogers 111 Posted November 26, 2014 I'm not even kidding you right now. I don't know why. I mean, of course, it's expected that with the loss of weight, my hips will get smaller. But it's not just that it's getting smaller, it doesn't even look like the butt I had 10 years ago when I was still slim. It's literally gone. I don't know if that's just the way it looks since my belly isn't as tone as it was back then, or what. But crap!!! I liked my poofy butt I used to have. I'm kinda bummed.(Well not really...I'm lovin the weight loss and the measurements loss...still. *sigh*) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

thesuse2000 698 Posted November 26, 2014 Just seconding (or thirding?) the squats/lunges recommendation. I've never had a nice ass - wide but flat, but at 46 I've got more of one than ever! ProudGrammy 8,322 Posted November 26, 2014 (edited) It's literally gone. @@Jennifer Rogers can't control where we loose weight, different places, more weight loss in some areas than others i was kind of a strange case (consider the source) always wore my big 2X elastic blue jeans and big tops weighed myself - but never really saw/noticed what i was looking like one day after my shower i looked in the full length mirror and just stood there, turned etc when i turned i realized my buttt was - gone, gone, and gone but plenty of skin hanging down i was shocked went to hubby and he said, "yep, I've been noticing!!" so after alllll these years, butttt is gone "but", i don't miss it kathy Edited November 26, 2014 by proudgrammy Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
