Pre op diet day 1

I started my liquid diet today! And I must say so far so easy! My doctor allows me 3-6oz of meat and 4oz of a veggie once a day. Figured that'd be my supper. But 3 days prior to surgery I cant have any solid food at all! That may be tough! Anyone want to share their liquid diet experience?

4 weeks of all liquid high Protein slim fast. Enjoy your 4 oz of meat, I'm jealous.

It kinda sucks that ik im allowed the meat. Its nice but I feel like I want more more more.

you know any time someone says your not allowed something I think it's human nature to automatically want it. I know even with what your on you'd still feel the same way. Just keep yourself focused on our goal.

I am trying!!! The day is almost over lol I am hungry!!! I can still have one more shake but im at work lol I think ill start bringing my last shake of the day with me.
