I will have one piece of warm bread if we go out to eat...but that's it...not the whole bread basket like before! Not worth the calories and the full feeling... push Protein first... TEXASLADY52 264 Posted November 24, 2014 I cannot tolerate rice or Pasta. Once in a great while I like Knourish oatmeal. Few bites of mashed potatoes....does not always agree with me. I do eat some crackers but usually in a Soup or something moist. Rare occassion I will eat a bite of bread. I am losing so slow anyway....I just don't want it to go any slower. Too many carbs!
