If you're suddenly dizzy when you change positions, that can be a sign of orthostatic hypotension (meaning your blood pressure drops more than 20 points or your pulse increases more than 20 points) when you move laying to sitting or sitting to standing... which means you're dehydrated. Bigboy76 102 Posted November 29, 2014 Sounds like not a big deal, but hydration makes a big difference. Also make sure to take all the Vitamins they suggest. I had to go to ER for IV fluids at 5 weeks because I was deficient & became extremely exhausted. The gym has really fixed the energy issue. I try to go every other day since I'm just starting out.
