Im 5 days post op and have starting drinking chocolate Protein Shakes. I now bought almond milk to mix it in and just ordered PB2 Peanut Butter flavored Protein off Amazon which I've heard is ammmazing with the chocolate. Just like a Reese's cup.,very excited to get that! What are you favorites?! ????

I will only use Piping Rock unflavored Protein whey powder. Easy to mix, tolerates high temps and will mix into just about anything. It is also one of the cheaper ones.
