Do you use coconut flour? Is it safe after surgery? How soon can you start eating it?

I personally haven't used it. What were you planning to use it for? Just remember that even though it's low carb, there are still carbohydrates in it and that can make for an uncomfortable sleeve.

When in doubt, check with your surgeon's office.
