kissez 9 Posted November 23, 2014 Hello All, I had my surgery on May 30, 2014 and I've only lost 65lbs and now my weight is at a stand still. Help!
Beni 1,484 Posted November 23, 2014 ONLY? 65 pounds in 6 months is an amazing weight loss. I think you are being a little unrealistic about your body's ability to keep functioning and shedding weight more quickly. Weight stalls are a reality of this process. Some people stay at the same weight for a month. If you are following your plan and exercising there is nothing else but stay the course. Know that I think you are doing absolutely great! Congratulations on your weight loss. you must be feeling so much better.

esskay77 785 Posted November 23, 2014 I'm in a similar situation but I also know that I'm not exercising enough.I have only been exercising on weekends and I need to do more during the week. Go back to the basics (this is also me telling myself). Drink lot's of Water Keep a food journal (very important!) chew a lot chew small bites Protein first 60-90 grams of protein/day stay away from sugar and flour!!! 30-30-30 (the Water food numbers) etc. Best of luck. I'lll get back on track, too.
