before you know it you will be starting your new healthier, happier, longer life

i have first hand knowledge that December 15th is the perfect day to be sleeved!!!!

why you ask?

3 years ago 12/15/2011 i went under the knife

i'm still around to talk about it

so far so good!!

many people experience all types of emotions pre and post op

nerves, excitement, scared, anxious, happy et al

hang in there getting ready for WLS

make a list and check it twice

check to see who has been naughty or nice

i know you are nice

i'm sending you good vibes and wishes for a uneventful surgery and and speedy recovery

Thanks for your encouraging words Kathy! I'm making myself my preop shopping list this morning. Got a lot of things to remember! Making a list and checking it twice!

Yay! We will be getting sleeved together (at least on the same day). I'm a ball of nerves dipped in excited. Can't wait to continue this journey to a new and improved body and lifestyle.
