Unknown complication HELP

Recommended Posts

i am 11 days post gastric sleeve. Was healing good until it felt like I was being stabbed in my umbilical area extending into my right side with a hot poker. Dr told me it was nerve damage and gave me lidoderm Patches. I got noticeable relief yesterday but again today I cant Walk from the pain. Any one experience this and any suggestions. It's really emotionally getting me down :(

You need to go to the ER if you cannot walk. That's not normal.

Sorry I haven't posted. The pain in my stomach ended up definitely being pain from some nerve damage which is healing well with lidocaine Patches and pain medications Thank goodness!!!!!!! Another minor setback.......I ended up having to go to the er. After a day of extreme fatigue and body aches I spiked a fever of 102.5. :(. Luckily it ended up being a yucky urinary tract infection and dehydration. After some Iv antibiotics and fluids FINALLY today I've felt halfway normal. I think just all the minor things that have happened has definatley made me question my decision. I Say "minor" because things could have been so much worse. But I'm trying to stay positive and upbeat about my weightloss journey but right now it's just hard to see that positive outcome. Thank you all for checking on me :)

Now I am in search of ways to deal with the nasty mouth and NO appetite lol
