Bandista 7,466 Posted November 23, 2014 Welcome to the other side! Sorry about the dreaded left shoulder pain. A heating pad helped me and lots of walking, windmill arms. Mine didn't kick in until around day four and then youch! Wondered if it was just gas or also something to do with positioning on the table. Good news is it will pass. I didn't use pain meds because of the side effects but I still had to address Constipation around that time. Best wishes to you -- a whole new chapter has begun. Kathytej 134 Posted December 2, 2014 Congratulations and Happy Birthday! You are only starting to live, just remember that all beginnings are difficult and that it take work and dedication to break old habits. Do not get frustrated. By the way gas X strips are the best for gases.

Melissabranscomb3838 0 Posted December 21, 2014 Hi...I am in Kentucky and just had my lap band surgery on December 19th. My surgeon was also Dr. Mobley and I am so glad that I went through commonwealth bariatrics. Did you have trouble getting all your Protein in?
