MarieMarie 346 Posted November 21, 2014 You hear about couch to 5k but I need a smaller step. It is wonderful to hear about the Zumba classes and 10k runs but the first steps are important. I am trying for 10,000 steps a day. Not making it every day. A long work day in the office leaves me with a dark and cold evening. I am making it to the gym 3 times a week and trying to move more.
