That is a lot, but even if it weren't as long as you're following your plan, you'll do fine. Extremely fast weight loss also tends to go hand-in-hand with excessively saggy skin. I think you're doing great!

Why do you feel the need to lose so much weight so quickly? I would be upset to lose more than 30 lbs a month honestly...this is not a race and i do not want to put my body into shock anymore than i already have. 22 lbs a month is an awesome loss.
