Karessa Weir Wheeler 2 Posted November 20, 2014 HI there. I was sleeved Nov. 10 and for the first week was happily not hungry but today I am noticing definite hunger pains. I am still on full liquids but have already consumed 90 g of Protein, 48 oz of Water and more than 700 calories. I'm afraid that the great results won't last if I'm going to feel like this all the time. Has anyone else experienced it? Any advice on how to fight them off? Sipping water like crazy! Thanks! SuperDave 1,115 Posted November 20, 2014 Hey there! November 10th for me as well! The best thing I have found for hunger in the full liquid stage is hot Cereal, like cream of wheat. That seems to fill me up and last longer than a Protein shake. If you have already tried that, I don't know what to tell you except to hang in there! pureed (almost real) food is just around the corner! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
