I feel like I am losing slowly.... what am I not doing? I know I am not drinking my protein.... I started at 260 now I am 238.... I want to lose 100 and fast!

One month out and down over 20 lbs. is really good! Take it one day at a time. You hear it all the time, the weight didn't get there in one day and won't go away overnight.

Keep up the good work!!

Everyone is different, but I was the same way. Lost slow at first but please get in your Protein because once I increased the protein, I am now almost 5 months out and I am down by 83 pounds. Increase the protein and you will see a huge change.

Thanks so much iam starting to go to the gym tomorrow so maybe that will help out and I will be drinking my Protein

      Just been waiting until time for my consult with my bariatric surgeon. It's scheduled for Jan 9th. Turns out I won't actually be seeing him. Apparently it'll be with his P.A.             Not sure what to expect. I thought this is where the surgeon would discuss the best surgery option for me. For years I had my heart set on the sleeve, but I've read so many people have issues with reflux - even if they've never had it before - that they've had to be revised to the bypass. I already deal with GERD & take 40 mg of Omeprazole daily, so I started studying about bypass and honestly, it seems like it might be the better choice for me. How can we discuss surgery options if the surgeon is not there?
      What happened at your first consult? Trying to get an idea of what to expect, or maybe I should say, what NOT to expect.
