Lost 7.5 lbs my first week with a Trainer

I lost 7.5 lbs my first week with a Trainer. I am sure most of it is Water but I'll take it. I go work out with him again. Tomorrow I am going to get my cardio in. He wants me to do 30 minutes 3x a week. I haven't done any cardio this week yet but tomorrow I am going with my husband.

Good Job...bet that makes you feel soooo good...and I doubt it is Water weight...What are you going to do for the cardio? Did he say what the best cardio is to do or does it matter? Anyways...Congratulations on a HUGE loss....Way to go Deanna
